Harriet Yayra Adzofu is a global public health professional with more than 15 years of experience across Africa, specializing in mental health and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
She previously coordinated the EU Erasmus+ staff mobility programme at UMC Utrecht, where she facilitated global health research collaborations across four continents, including Africa. Prior to this role, she served as a public mental health nurse with the Ghana Health Service and led regional advocacy initiatives in partnership with the African Union, WHO Regional Office for Africa (WHO/AFRO), and United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).
Throughout her career, Harriet has pursued advanced training in Global Mental Health and Reproductive Health, further strengthening her commitment to building health systems that are both evidence-based and community-led.
