Bona Naita Nghishekwa is a pharmacist currently serving as Director of Pharmaceutical Services at the Ministry of Health and Social Services Namibia.
She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical systems management, medicines policy, and health programme implementation. Her career includes serving as Procurement Manager for the Namibia Global Fund Programme Management Unit, where she oversaw procurement and supply management for donor-funded health programmes.
In 2014, she was appointed Chief Pharmacist in the National Medicines Policy Coordination Unit within the Ministry of Health and Social Services, contributing to the development and coordination of national pharmaceutical policies and systems strengthening initiatives in Namibia.
