Dr. Nana Kadidia TRAORE, Epidemiologist with more than 12 years of experience in the health system of Mali, at all levels of the health pyramid. I have a deep understanding of the health system challenges in Mali.
Ability to work and communicate easily. I have extensive experience in managing diseases with epidemic potential and public health emergencies.
She previously served in the national programme for the control and elimination of schistosomiasis and geohelminthiasis as Assistant to the Coordinator, contributing to neglected tropical disease control efforts.
I also have experience in global health leadership, cohort 4 of Global Health Leadership Africa CDC and cohort 10 of AVoCH (volunteer) at Africa CDC. I have extensive experience in managing health projects and programs, especially projects funded by international donors.
I have held positions of responsibility at the strategic level and in international organizations, the most recent being Epidemiologist Technical Advisor for Community-Based Epidemiological Surveillance at USAID Keneya Nieta. Currently, I am in charge of disease and public health event surveillance at the Directorate General of Health.
