Victus Kwaku Kpesese is a health policy and systems management practitioner with more about 20 years of experience managing and strengthening health systems in Ghana. His career has focused on improving health systems management and performance at facility, regional, diocesan, and national levels, particularly in underserved and rural settings and sectors.
Drawing on expertise in health systems management, public health, and health policy, he has led initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, institutional performance, and health sector governance. His professional approach is strongly grounded in the principles and practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), which he has applied to drive sustainable improvements across health programmes and institutions.
Since joining the Mental Health Authority in 2018, Victus has served in leadership roles and contributed to advancing mental health systems strengthening and promoting greater integration of mental health within national health priorities.
