Dr. Kwame Shanaube is a medical doctor and public health researcher with a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and a PhD from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, United Kingdom.
She currently serves as Executive Director of Zambart and as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Zambia School of Public Health.
With over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary public health research, Dr. Shanaube specializes in TB/HIV clinical epidemiology. She is deeply committed to promoting the use of research evidence to inform health policy and practice, with the goal of improving health outcomes across sub-Saharan Africa.
