Mr. John Clinton is an expert in Logistics Operations, with more than 15 years of professional experience in managing supply chain, procurement, medical logistics, administration, projects (development and emergency) and security & safety.
He has experience in developing strategies, fundraising and providing technical advice to cross-functional team with a focus on achieving set targets.
Prior to joining Africa CDC, he has worked as a logistician at the senior level with the UNHCR in Ethiopia, Action Against Hunger in Somalia, Action Centre la Faim in Ethiopia and Myanmar, Medecin du Monde in Nigeria, ACTED in South Sudan, Kenya and Uganda, CARE and Solidarities International in Liberia.
He has a master degree in Procurement and Supply chain management with various project management and logistics certification. Currently he works at the Western Regional Collaborating Centre where he coordinates all Africa CDC logistics activities and work closely with the Member states.
