Dr. Adunola Oyegoke is a public health professional with 15+ years of experience in disease control and prevention, emergency preparedness and response, health systems strengthening, and social behavior change communication. She is a WHO-trained Infodemic Manager and currently a Technical Officer Planning at the Africa CDC.
Dr. Adunola holds an MPH in Field Epidemiology Practice and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is also a certified Project Management Professional® (PMI- PMP®) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Prior to joining Africa CDC, she worked at the Federal Ministry of Health Nigeria, Nigeria Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), John Hopkins Breakthrough ACTION-Nigeria, and Corona Management Systems. Dr. Adunola is passionate about using her skills and experience to improve the health and well-being of Africans and advocate for global health equity and social justice.
