Michael Sileshi

Michael Sileshi is a seasoned Technical Officer with the focus on Digital Systems. Holding an MSc in Health Informatics, he brings over a decade of public health experience specializing in health information systems, data management, and digital health. Michael’s expertise encompasses project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, health information system design and implementation, DHIS2, digital health, data analysis, and data quality. He is proficient in statistical software, database management, and data visualization tools. His extensive career has taken him through various roles at regional, national, and international levels, working with esteemed organizations like CDC, WHO, AFENET, and TBI, where he’s excelled in both technical and managerial capacities. Currently, Michael Sileshi serves as a Technical Officer, driving the digital transformation agenda of Africa CDC.
