Ms Ezinne Victoria Chinemerem Onwuekwe is a pharmacist with more than five years of experience in healthcare supply chain management and health systems strengthening. She currently serves as Public Health Fellow for Africa CDC Southern Africa RCC, where she is responsible for supporting the development of frameworks for multisectoral emergency preparedness, epidemic response and facilitating capacity building activities for Member States. In this role, she has supported the development of policy documents for Zambia and played a key role in a countrywide Rapid Response Teams reorientation. Ms Onwuekwe has experience in grant and proposal writing and data analysis. Before joining Africa CDC, she served as Logistics and Drug Revolving Fund Manager for the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Programme in Nigeria, where she established and managed a drug revolving fund involving over 70 healthcare facilities across three states and was responsible for onsite logistics, supply chain and client delivery operations. Ms Onwuekwe speaks fluent Igbo, English and French.
